and personal recommendation and is enhanced by the fact that the close-by

Facilities
For your comfort and convenience, we have:
· keys for access at all times, separate tables in dining room, superb
food and exquisite décor, all rooms en-suite, all but one having a
double and single bed, residents’ TV lounge with large screen and satellite
reception, colour TV in all rooms, tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms,
evening meals by arrangement, served at 6pm, enabling guests to make plans
for their evening entertainment, small private car park to rear, but unrestricted
parking to front, side and rear of premises, 3 minutes walk to seafront promenade
& 5 minutes to shops in south Lowestoft, Sorry - no dogs except guide
dogs

Our current room rates are: Double or Twin From £22 per person per
night bed & breakfast, Half price for children sharing with 2 adults
